Process

How it works

Next IVA Auto Care uses a request-and-confirm process. Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a confirmed appointment.

  1. Send a service request

Use the website form, call +1 (916) 853-1549, or email [email protected].

  2. Provide basic vehicle and service information

Include your name, email, phone, vehicle type, the service you are asking about, a preferred service area or location, and any notes about the vehicle.

  3. Review and confirmation

Next IVA Auto Care reviews the request and confirms service details and scheduling if the work can be arranged. Availability depends on the location, the vehicle, and the requested cleaning.

  4. Service at the confirmed location

The agreed mobile detailing service takes place at the confirmed location. Scope is the work that was discussed, not an open-ended promise to correct every defect.

What happens after you submit the form

If the form is sent successfully, the information is emailed to Next IVA Auto Care. You should see a confirmation page that the request was sent. That page means the message left the website. It does not mean a date and time are booked.

If the message cannot be sent, you will be directed to an error page with other ways to get in touch. The website does not show a success message when sending fails.

What is confirmed before an appointment

  • Whether the requested location can be served
  • The vehicle and the cleaning work to be reviewed
  • Scheduling
  • Any applicable price, which is not listed on this website
